What are your shipping rates and delivery times across Australia?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $12.95 applies. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days for metro areas and up to 7-10 business days for regional locations.
Do all products come with an Australian warranty?
Yes, all products sold by Audiophile Shop AU are sourced from authorized distributors and come with a full manufacturer's warranty valid in Australia. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, in-ear monitors (IEMs) and earphones cannot be returned once the seal is broken unless they are faulty.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and interest-free buy-now-pay-later options including Afterpay and Zip Pay.
Can I test headphones or speakers before purchasing?
While we are primarily an online retailer to keep our prices competitive, we provide detailed frequency response graphs and expert reviews for our products. We also offer a 'Change of Mind' return period for most over-ear headphones.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
