We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $12.95 applies. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days for metro areas and up to 7-10 business days for regional locations.

Do all products come with an Australian warranty?

Yes, all products sold by Audiophile Shop AU are sourced from authorized distributors and come with a full manufacturer's warranty valid in Australia. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

What is your return policy if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, in-ear monitors (IEMs) and earphones cannot be returned once the seal is broken unless they are faulty.
